Hi! I'm Teacher John

I would count it an honor and a privilege to teach your child English! I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. This is a triple major that includes Business, Aviation, and Religious Studies. I have had ten years of experience teaching children through VIPKid, homeschooling, child counseling, children’s ministries, and youth work combined. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and interacting with children because they are full of energy and eager to learn! There is nothing more rewarding than being able to have an impact on precious lives that will eventually grow into being the future leaders of our planet! Using visual aids like props and toys, I plan to make learning an energetic and fun experience. I look forward to teaching your child!

Specialized Private Classes

These private 1-to-1 classes consist of some warm-up and free-talk, curriculum activities, and a summary of what to practice. With private classes, the lessons go at the pace that meets the students needs. We focus on exactly what the student can improve on, and no time is wasted reviewing things that the student already knows.

Conversation Practice

Conversation practice builds confidence in students. The teacher will ask lots of questions to keep the student talking, and be correcting grammar along the way. This is also a great option for students that resist textbook learning. The subjects will be tailored to the students interests, keeping them excited and engaged the whole time.

Reading Classes

It's very important for students to be confident in reading English if they will be pursuing higher education or international business. By reading out loud, the teacher is able to correct pronunciation and the student is able to better understand the usage of new words by seeing them in context. Reading out out loud builds confidents is students of all ages and levels.

Students that have bought lesson packages have access to many English learning resources in the ‘members only’ section of the website. This includes many downloadable books, activities, and workbooks to pair with the curriculum that they have chosen. Parents can view future learning material and help prepare their students for success.
