Private 1v1 Fixed Classes

Private 1-to-1 classes consist of some warm-up and free-talk, curriculum activities, and a summary of what to practice. With private classes, the lessons go at the pace that meets the student’s needs. We focus on exactly what the student can improve on, and no time is wasted reviewing things that the student already knows.

Group Fixed Classes

Group Classes (2-to-1 or 3-to-1) offer a unique and fun opportunity for students to complete a lesson together with friends, family, or somebody new. This also helps some shy students feel more comfortable. They will take turns answering questions and reading throughout the class. The teacher will take extra care to make sure that all students get a fair and equal amount of attention.

Students enjoy an interactive classroom hosted on ClassIn, with digital effects and fun. Class scheduling is simple and clear within the app. Written class feedback and fun photos captured during class are sent to the parents after each lesson.

I want to get to know my students and understand who they are, so that I can engage them during class time. Teaching online can be a challenge because we are just a small box on a screen, so hooking the student’s attention is very important for success. Keeping the class fun and interesting is one of my strengths.

Technical Knowledge

My husband is an Engineer. He is very comfortable working on computers and different types of software. Also, he works in IT at his job too! If any issue should occur, he is usually only a room away from me! I have also used many online teaching platforms, and most of the time, I can usually identify the error myself. If there is a technical challenge involving classes, I am always ready to fix it and find ways to improve classroom stability. However, if the issue cannot be fixed, and precious class time is used, we can always reschedule our lesson for another day and time!
