Hi there, I am Roses.

I taught ESL to beginner, intermediate, and advanced students of various cultural and linguistic backgrounds online for 10+years. Before stepping into this role, I earned my TEFL, TEYL, and TESOL certification after completing an on-site 270-hour course. Through my teaching experiences, TEFL, TEYL, AND TESOL studies.

I am currently completing my master’s in Education at An American University.

I have developed critical pedagogic and classroom management skills, along with a passion for teaching English and engaging with international students.

I am equipped with a Communicative Teaching Method, a philosophy that I’m excited to see your child use in the classroom. I apply this method in the classroom through interactive, student-centered activities that maximize “student talk time.” I scaffold my lessons so that they include pair and group work, as well as movement around the classroom with time allocation to every student present. By engaging students in speaking, grammar, writing, listening, pronunciation, accent reduction, reading, and appealing to diverse learning styles, I help them improve their accuracy and fluency across key skill areas.

After living in South Africa I have become immune to adapting to culture and languages. I am a native English speaker as English is my Mother Tongue. In my classes, I typically set aside five to ten minutes at the start of each class for students to share their “highs” and “lows” for the week, a ritual that my students have appreciated as they adapted to new surroundings. I spend time bonding and interacting in the process of learning, I aim to support students’ social-emotional well-being as they learn English and deepen their global awareness.

I am Naydeen, I have five years of online teaching experience, this includes group and one one one classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced learners. I am a fully certified ESL teacher with a friendly approach to teaching, I have a TEYL and TEFEL certificate and am also a supply chain management student at university.

I am a people’s person and have an empathetic approach to my students needs, as not all children require the same learning methods or intensity in the classroom. I have been in contact with people of all ethnicities from different countries around the world and am able to adapt to my students’ culture, and individual needs as some students are disabled and it is important for me to make every child feel welcomed in my lesson.

My hobbies are bodybuilding and socialising. I love to laugh and have fun and make sure each child is able to take at least one thing from each lesson and apply it to their everyday lives. I look forward to meeting students of all ages as I too teach adults. Take care

Specialized Private Classes

These private 1-to-1 classes consist of some warm-up and free-talk, curriculum activities, and a summary of what to practice. With private classes, the lessons go at the pace that meets the students needs. We focus on exactly what the student can improve on, and no time is wasted reviewing things that the student already knows.

Conversation Practice

Conversation practice builds confidence in students. The teacher will ask lots of questions to keep the student talking, and be correcting grammar along the way. This is also a great option for students that resist textbook learning. The subjects will be tailored to the students interests, keeping them excited and engaged the whole time.

Reading Classes

It's very important for students to be confident in reading English if they will be pursuing higher education or international business. By reading out loud, the teacher is able to correct pronunciation, the student is able to better understand the usage of new words by seeing them in context. Reading out out loud builds confidents is students of all ages and levels.
